the sign he's holding has a engrish translation on it, basically says liu(the peace prize recipient) = (western) stooge = western democracy = unstable china, weak china and other stuff like that

and the sign bellow that says
1. falun gong = 走狗 gong where 走狗 can translate to stooge in this case it is mean to insult the cult and insinuate that they are a tool of the anti-chinese groups
2. same thing about The Epoch Times , (the falun gong run news paper)
3. same thing about New Tang Dynasty Television, (a falun gong run tv channel)

I can't remember but this picture is pretty fresh, oh and it's not my picture.

I've seen this guy before though when I was a little kid. I never understood what he was doing or saying. I'm actually surprised he's still around.
