what is the problem with the Combodians, you left Ankor Wat to rot until some Western Historian refound it. This is our land INDIA, and we have the right to do any thing here, we are not steeling your technical copy that you don't have to create this temple. we have seen the photos of Ankor wat and after all we are Hindus and we are re-erecting a long lost Hindu temple in our land.

After all I don't have to answer a Combodian for what we do at home.

On topic : I dont think this is a government project.Although built by a trust,government should halt this project.People should respect someone's culture and copying a heritage building blatantly isnt something to be proud of.Remember the hue us indians made when a bangladeshi businessman built a cheap scaled down model of taj mahal.

Have you been to Las-Vegas (Though me too not been to Vegas). It has replica of many thing there.. Just kidding.. I don't think that any international law forbid someone or some organization to build replica of some structure. I don't thing Intellectual property right hold good there..

The guy could have worked for renovating Vikramshila University, just like Nalanda University is being renovated, why to construct a temples, we already have enough temples to worship.

Not much to renovate at Vikramshila.

I suppose to mean starting a new Vikramshila University same like that of new Nalanda University being constructed. Bakhtiyar Khilji put both Universities on fire in 1197AD and it was one of the greatest loss in our history.
