As a citizen I am happy to read the news (Aug 30) about an initative taken by Mohsin Abbas in giving to Karachities a modern rickshaw which, besides TV entertainment, has also sliding windows to save passengers from smoke pollution.

The other good point mentioned is that instead of catching on the road, you can call rickshaw to pick up from home. This will greatly facilitate women office-goers, as well as schoolgoing children.

Well done, Mohsin Abbas. I hope Karachi will soon see such rickshaws on its roads.
