Just heard on Geo news that cable operators association has said to halt their transmission for 24 hours from 12 PM tomorrow (Saturday 19th March 2011), in a press conference by Khalid Arayan

Yeah, I think its around 600 PKR per month, its the basic pakage. I think 3 packages are offered here.

Though it seems that several cable operators have boycotted this call for strike and haven't shut down their transmission, as I have heard from Geo News right now.
