OkYou guys are MOFOs to say the least. Stop jumping to conclusions
I would recommend waiting on confirmation of the conditions put in place.Ok
What is your analysis of the situation.
His billions are stashed abroad.I would recommend waiting on confirmation of the conditions put in place.
What I've heard so far is that the conditions are:
1. Nawaz guarantee that he will return after bail expires
2. Nawaz put down all his assets as collateral, to be confiscated by the State in case he turns absconder.
My point of view is that if these or similar conditions are put in place, then it's a good decision. Nawaz will be getting treatment abroad with his own money (he is out on bail and therefore not a ward of the State). The State will have the option to confiscate all his assets if he does not return.
He has many declared assets in Pakistan and abroad. Something is better than nothing. And remember that if he absconds after giving a guarantee his career is finished. Even many of his supporters aren’t happy with him leaving and will be even more upset if he doesn’t return. His billions are stashed abroad.
He won't care if his Pakistani assets are confiscated.
