Medical expenses cannot reach to billions of rupees.Govt should be realistic in approach otherwise these cases will again become weak against corrupts and will benefit them.I think it is better govt use term entertainment expenses recovery

Under the law where state resources have been used for up keeping of personal assets and where state resources have been used one was not power and had no right to use of those resources.

These are misuse and abuse of public resources thus are recoverable by the state and failing which they can be charged under NAB law.

As far as Umrah is concered every leader including ik does it on govt expenses as it is a part of their official visit to SaudiArabia .In order to make case strong govt should raise genine points in case along with strong evidence

I know one steel mill which is private company in Islamabad industrial area and has its policy to send all its directors and other employees for Haj and Umrah for once on company expense and it also sends top directors for foreign country tour as a part of entertainment so p.m being employee of state can avail such oppurtunity provide such expenses remain in limits
