That's incorrect, I don't know the details of the arrangement with the IAF but in most cases depot level maintenance is handled by the OEM routine maintenance by the IAF.

Even funnier is their bringing of China's Uighur problem and Pak's TTP issue into discussion to brush off respective nationals' opinions. The typical feel-good type has resorted to chanting their good old mantra "we got money we can buy the world" like an ugly loser whose only option is prostitutes...funnily ironic.
