You are right about insaaniat. However, in the real world it is litigation, proper training, and accountability that ensures the law is followed. Turn on the news and you will see how much insaaniat is left in this world.

Sad but true.

You missed my point. I wasn't saying that we should simply rely on "insaniyat". Litigation and accountability and proper punishment for people who do these things is necessary.

What I meant was that lack of education is not a valid excuse for the behavior being exhibited here. You can blame many things on lack of education or poor quality education - if somebody cannot read or write, if somebody cannot do basic arithmetic, if somebody does not know the location of the world's continents, if somebody does not know how diesel engines work - these can all be excused if that person has not had a sufficient education.

But mistreating other people, especially children, cannot be excused or put put down to a lack of education. What you see in that video is morally wrong - and has been so, long before public education came into existence. Educated or uneducated, literate or illiterate, any human being should know that beating and abusing defenseless children is wrong. Lack of education is not an excuse for such behaviour - that's what I meant.

These jobs are for women. Only women motherly nature has patience to deal with these type of children ...

So it means they will no abuse children what so ever!!! Thats nieve. Please check with internet videos you will find hundreds of videos female abusing.
Any ways I believe it all depends on upbringing as a whole society
