Bullet trains for India with Indo-China Strategic Economic Dialogue

this is EMU running at about 200kmph.
the 300+kmph HSRs have their own tracks.

you'd better learn some basic knowleges about HSRs before trolling here

Well accident happens but what makes HSR train go off the track? haven't the china official tried to ban news of this accident?

. . .
Guys...one of my friend in railways said, the soil in India is not hard enough for HSR. I mean 200 km/h is ok but not 300 and above. So is this really feasible?

Very positive news, India should have stonger economic tie with China. The political relationship should be reinforced as well. We could provide tech and training to India. China should build something Indian like to enhance the image of China in India. Mostly important, India will never default the payment,a very trusted customer led By GOI. Wish next time Narendra Modi.

How is horizontal speed/acceleration gonna effect vertical pressure :woot:

Ok...I got it...

200 kmph EMU is semi HSRL...not HSRL......
you got it .No Chinese media tell you the accident is a HSR accident.
but ordinary people can hardly dentify our EMU or HSR trains.they have similar outlooking

Chinese rail systems have faced many accidents, glitches and problems.Iwould rather like India to collaborate with Japan or France for this.
China HSRL is very cost effective compared with the Japanese ones, they have quite a lots accidents as well. I take the HSRL twice per week, it's really safe.

Incredible how a bunch of trolls managed to derail this thread......

Thank God that you guys are not holding any government office.

. . .
We have a dedicated line from Beijing to Guangzhou of HSRL. I was got shocked when CCTV said so. Unbelievable!

From my home town Shanghai to Beijing by HSRL only take 4 hours.

Next time you could experience by yourself when you visit China.

We are talking about a serious business here with India, no trolling is welcomed.

MoU aren't business deals.. we aint gonna give any tenders out if after spending billions, all we get is same crappy accident prone junk which india is running now
