The Ministry of Defence outlined its plan for the next generation SAF (Singapore Armed Forces).

Greater firepower, greater reach, better networked force, greater expeditionary potential.

The infographic shows some tentative plans.

JF-17 block-III can be great replacement for F16s

They will never buy JF-17's to replace F-16's, please be realistic sometime.
Singapore will most likely procure the F-35's from the US with Israeli upgrades.

. . . . .
In some way .They can get more in numbers with good fighter.
Before you become a laughing stock on this thread please go and google and learn about Singapore and its armed forces. Once you have done that then come back and read the OP again.

Singapore operates F-16's that are to be replaced in 2030 onwards. These F-16's are also not stationed in Singapore but are in India.
There is no plan for replacing the F-15 SG that Singapore also operates.

F-35 is the designed replacement for the F-16's. where as the F-15's can be further modified or newer ones can be added for support, similar to what Israel is going to do.

Now why would Pakistan even think about selling any of their military equipment/ technology that could be handed over to the adversaries.

You are right.

Never knew that F-16s are all stationed in India, not in Singapore. I guess you learn something new everyday.

. . .
Yeah you are right.
I also did not know about those stationed in india.

Seriously now. All F-16s stationed in India?

Australia, Israel and Taiwan are much closer partners, India is not even amongst the top 10 probably for Singapore. Real information on fighter jet bases will remain a bit of a mystery for obvious reasons.
