The first soldier to get a victoria cross frm the sub continent was frm modern day Pakistan... and bulk of the british indian forces mostly came frm Punjab,NWFP,Kashmir,rajhistan,baluchistan and north india...


Also i know a baluch soldier(later part of PA) frm world war who was awarded VC for killing japanese officer with his own sword even after he was seriously injured by machine gun fire..Alot of muslim soldiers frm modern day Pakistan fought th friggin imperial japs...coz of the martial race thing... coz our people r bigger,taller n more physically fitter than others...
