AS you said, not possible, pulling back the forces on either side will leave the border area literally open for cross border movement, smuggling and all. If this is done, the next think we will see if a thousandfold increase in crying and whining about insurgency from both sides. Best avoid these skirmishes on border after some sort of agreement. Mind you guys, both sides are responsible for such provocation, it takes two to tango

but Most Benefit is 33 billion dollars worth Power Plant Dams transmission lines wind power plants etc etc for the energy crises in Pakistan

Gawadar development
Road network on 3 different routes (western Central and Eastern ) till China
3.8 billion dollars investment in Railways infrastructure
