That's not what your government says. They reported that Pakistan fired less that 25% of the rounds India put in (8000 to 36000). Talk about getting beaten up etc may be good internal PR but won't convince anyone who looks at this seriously. Have you figured out why it is that so many Pakistanis including officials keep mentioning the nuclear word? Hardly necessary if you actually have the upper hand.

Did he "inadvertently" cross? Or did "BSF dragged him across and shot him"?
How do you inadvertently cross a heavily fenced and monitored boundary? The other thing is the fence is not on the boundary, it is within our side. We have kept some of our land outside the fence. And a local guy of 70 years would know, unless he was mentally ill.
If BSF crossed the fence what were the rangers doing? And why kill a civilian?
It is possible that the guy was either mentally ill or a smuggler or this was an attempt to check out the route for infiltration.
Why do no Pakistani posters believe that rangers can be involved in smuggling and/ or infiltration?
I am ready to believe some BSF guys are involved. Its a lucrative business after all.

This news posted as far back as on 12'th October says , 9 military personnel were injured. I am unable to understand that instead of increasing how did it reduced to 3 on 30'th of October.

When ever there is a tension the people who suffer are those civilians who lives in the boarder areas (both sides), these guys are poor and they survive by doing small jobs and business in that area.......The problem is they do not have enough back up to survive during tensions and they normally risk their life......... On a tensed time like this the men in uniform fires at any suspicious movements...... I dont think any one in uniform enjoy killing innocent civilians.......

The word Ajlaala village is only fetching this news item in google.The word Ajlaala is nowhere else mentioned .
The area is fenced.

If more people are working there was the possibility of more injuries or even fatalities.

The recent IB firings have already evacuated the villages near IB.

It was during the kashmiri students expulsion from UP university when I saw Pak media exaggerating numbers. I really hope this news is also not made up.
