BSF chopper crashes in Raipur

. People do clap a lot when they lose their senses . But fact remains that it is an indian chopper , the world recognizes it asvthat . If you can then build one yourself , if you consider it so easy . If you cant and you obviously cant then till then it is better to shut it and work at producing something of your own . I find it funny how first you were trying to prove that the chopper is useless and then when you failed you are trying to prove that it isnt indigenous . try again next time .

Suffice to whack some one on the head to bring him into senses, since nowhere did i say to the effect that it's useless or otherwise but as a typical mind set of a certain category, you digressed to taking cheap shots by dragging in Pakistan into an Indian concern. A likewise reply is what you required. BTW, no one has to try hard since something a lot more complicated and challenging from Pakistani production lines,is touring around the world, hence if you can't digest it, keep the trap shut and no need to digress. :D

You'll get a lot of thanks from fellow deluded persons of your nationality and you'll go to bed happy, not caring that Pakistan has NO industrial base, NO design knowledge, NO technical research institutes with which you could even BEGIN the process of designing a complex modern war fighting machine.
Fair Dinkum ? :azn:

Broadsword: In Siachen, Dhruv proves a world-beater

The success of the ALH programme, heralded by the Dhruv Mark III, comes after years of struggle and criticism. Last August, the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) noted, “90% of the value of material used in each ALH is still imported from foreign suppliers.” But HAL chief, Ashok Nayak, and his helicopter chief, Soundara Rajan, point out that indigenisation does not mean building every component of an aircraft. Citing the example of the Dhruv’s HAL-built mission computer, Soundara Rajan asks whether the imported microchips inside make the mission computer any less indigenous.
He sums up HAL’s helicopter strategy as follows: “We will design our helicopters; develop the critical technologies of helicopter transmissions; manufacture composites; and integrate and assemble the helicopter. We will outsource the manufacture of sub- assemblies and components and structures to any vendor on the globe that offers us cost-effective solutions.”

Who else want to learn Globalisation 101 .PM ME ASAP

This is called "Personal Insult". If you cant remain civil then go somewhere else.

Preach What you Practice mate :azn:
Funny how they switched from 90% foreign suppliers to 90% local
suppliers!! This is defiantely a good
sign as it will have a direct impact on the number of crashes

you tried your best to make sense but failed once again . Neways , calm down and reply next time .you did not have to bring dhruv into this . The thread had nothing to do with how good or bad the dhruv is .

Indian Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) in his report has said, "As against the envisaged indigenisation level of 50% (by 2008), 90% of the value of material used in each ALH is still imported from foreign suppliers." :yahoo:

It's obvious that you do not understand the difference between 'value of material' and 'volume of material'.
