I mean the edits were made while i was refreshing and there was no indication of it being edited.

I'll argue for @Akheilos this time. Sarthak could have theoretically edited his post out in the 3 minutes and Akheilos could still see the same post days later if she did not refresh. That is of course assuming the 'post last edited' doesn't work.
