Going by your logic Bohras aren't really Indians but Yemeni migrants, since they continue living in their little isolated communities even in India.

That map isn't prepared by me nor it is an Indian source as you may think I'm posting something to support my claims. The map is from a leading international organization which is fighting against FGM. As a matter of fact, denying something that is happening doesn't change things on the ground. This practice is prevalent in certain countries primarily in Africa and to a small extent in certain Asian countries and the western world which have considerable number of muslims.

LOL! all ROP specific thing becomes Indian when you have to save the religion. This practice is prevalent in Muslim Bohra communities. Indian govt is trying to make law to make it illegal.
Anything which is related to ROP is very tough to curb due to secular word. Do some research before labeling all Indians do this.
