They weren't fleeing here when the Shah was in power. Maybe your current rulers who should take a leaf out of his book and provide a decent living for young people instead of encouraging them to flee abroad and live off the backs of European taxpayers.

Are your people who left Britain and live in Canada fleeing too? Face it. In every country there are people who would stay and there are people who would like to leave and live in another country. So maybe if you and rest of the European loosen up your immigration regulations like what Canada has done, you no longer need to face illegal immigrants. As far as I know we don't have this issue here.

Total Iranians living outside Iran are around 5 million out of 77 million. That's around 6% which is a healthy number. For Britain it is more than 4 million out of 64 million which is again around 6%.

You see? There is no difference between Iranian and Britts when it comes to so called "fleeing"

Then don't give them asylum, and control your borders better. You guys broadcast propaganda inside our country nonstop telling the population how much Iran sucks and how awesome UK is and of course some will be fooled and come.

An example is ManotoTV that is broadcast free to air into Iran and has budget from God knows where and is located in UK and all its programs are about how shitty life in Iran is and how amaaaazing UK is. Then you tell them to come and then complain when they do.

We are happy those idiots leave. For all we care, put them in some camp and throw away the key.
