Do you think that from where she came , there was no fighting between British security forces and IRA for many years and those people doesnt know how to make bombs ?

The bombing which was carried out in London in 2005 was like moving of IRA from terrorism. During that time
Lockerbie bombing case was heated up and even Gadaffi was trying to improve relations with West but by 2008 things completely changed on ground.
