BRICs Will Be ICs If Brazil and Russia Don't Shape Up

Nobody will join the looser club willingly. Russia and Russia have structural problems. China even has bigger structural problems and macro and micro economic problems which is mostly out of control to solve. It doesn't seem very fortunate with no solution to be seen on the horizon.

I think we should import resources from Brazil and Russia more in order to strengthen their economies too. While China and India increase their manufacturing output, the raw materials come exclusively from Russia and Brazil.
