If BRICS Bank has to rival the IMF and World bank in future then surely it has to gradually increase it's member base ,and accepting Asian countries is more beneficial for BRICS than admitting any western mole.

If Pakistan gets accepted, they will use up all the money.

Well, Xi Jinping has China's best interests at heart. The BRICS are the future, the old-world American dominated IMF and World Bank are not.

In the next decade or two, this reality will become increasingly evident.

And it looks like all the BRICS leaders get along really well together. Putin in particular will be very important, since he is currently the target of American sanctions, and will thus be the most proactive in the BRICS cause.

Is India capable of forming a great pole of power in a future multi-polar world? Is India an independent power, that makes their own decisions regardless of what America says?

I would say yes, on both counts. The BRICS are the perfect candidates for future poles of power, in a future world where we are fairly represented, and have a say in how the global system is run.
