Bribery Index, Pakistan much better than its neighbours

Dont pay attention to your neighbours. Our goal should be to have a perfect society with no sign of bribery.

I still think this survey is flawed as our bribery index should be 100 considering type of society we live in.

Acc. to latest corruption perception index Pakistan is more corrupt overall than India even thought it 's scores better in bribery index:

India was ranked 94 in corruption whereas Pakistan was ranked 139.
Indias score was 36 whereas pakistan scored only 27.
