Worst part of this summon is US Judge intelligence level. I thought that there is some concept as jurisdiction, US court have no Jurisdiction on Gujarat and cannot do anything. So why the hell that judge not applied his mind and rejected the petition? The fools who filled the petition are also some jokers.

The Judge isn't wrong, U.S. laws allow for such cases.

The US likes to apply their domestic laws to the whole planet.

Remember the European banks? They did not break ANY of their own laws, and they did not break any European laws by dealing with Iran. They broke American domestic laws and thus were heavily punished for it.

American domestic laws, for example anti-terrorism laws are applied all over the planet, regardless of jurisdiction. See the various nationalities that are currently inmates in Guantanamo bay or other such places like Abu Ghraib. Neither of which are even on American soil.
