Our air force and navy aren't on par with India. Once they get rafale, if ever, they'll be many steps ahead. Plus they likely will get 2 carriers in total. One east coast and one west coast. Currently we've none and they've 1.

Actually we cant, and why we even do that. Even you know what the Cold Start doctrine is, there purpose is not grabbing large territory or major city. Its purpose is grabbing small territory, and not loosing a single inch, and that can be used in post-war negotiations, and thats all, there is no Indian plan to invade Pak.
