Breaking: Trump considering military action against Syria

LOL The reality striking home after all.
"LOL" .. really ? o_O

so if the guy does end up going full neocon and to war with Russia and regime change in Syria and more chaos regionally and globally, basically the shit crooked hillary had promised.. you'd consider that a victory against those who supported Trump for the sole reason of thinking that he's not going do any of those things ? :cuckoo:

but to be fair, he's not done anything yet so let's wait and see how it plays out, hot air deflection or ..ww3 ? LOL

. .
It will be interesting if US use air power against Asad where Russians are deployed and what impact it will have?

It will also be test of new Russian air defence systems and specially Russian resolve.

.
Here comes the democracy for the People of Syria. Though it will be interesting to see what options they will select. But, I think we may be able to see some Tomahawks block ll flying. Boy that will be one scary sight.

. .
LOL What does Trump intend to bomb? The Russians? The Assad regime? After all, the Western world has scapegoated both.

We'll see how bold Trump is. Words are cheap.

Why don't you go there and save your people; stop relying on Christian forces to come save your people? lol

This is complete BS, we have no dog in the hunt. This is a job for the Islamic world - look they even made an alliance recently where the named a Pak general as the top commander!

Let's see if they have the chutzpah or are only good at talking a game.

Tillerson's full comments on Syria:
"The process by which Assad would leave is something that requires an international community effort both to first defeat ISIS within Syria, to stabilize the Syrian country to avoid further civil war and then to work collectively with our partners around the world through a political process that would lead to Assad leaving," Tillerson said at the news conference in Palm Beach, Fla.

Last time US air force attacked Syrian military, Russia taken stark actions and we have seen Aleppo fallen at rapid pace under Russian bombing and ground force engagement. Any US wish to confront Russia directly will trigger further US isolation in middle east. US is not deciding power in Syria and US proxies are more or less boxed.

Reason for US rhetoric are:
1) US secretary of state traveling to Moscow on 12th and US does not have any leverage in Syria. False flag Chemical attack and rhetoric are just "bigger than reality" leverage, US trying to create that no one in the Russian-Chinese-Iranian orbit give any hoots about.
2) Throw some bones to arab financiers so that they keep spending money on these terror groups.

One has to see how "Ivan" has shut the all invincible zion king "bibi". Tillerson will not hear any less in Moscow.

First, the US started this mess in Iraq, extended it to Syria and now you want others (it just happens that they are Muslims too!) to fix your own mess.. you are blatantly saying that the US created problems in the Muslim world should be dealt with by the Muslims themselves..how stupid can a statement be?
The coalition is being formed, but it seems to weigh a lot on some hearts..

On Topic:
Jut a few days ago, Trump said that Assad removal is not a priority for the US, but Daesh was, 2 to 3 days later there is a chemical attack by who knows!?, and today the US secretary of the state is saying "steps are under way" to organize an international coalition to remove Assad..doesn't all this sound fishy?

The whole thing sounds like and feels like a false flag operation, it stinks of it. Maybe they finally found Saddam's WMD lol

First. Saddam started the mess of gassing his own people. U.S did not make that Muslim kill his fellow Muslims by the tens of thousands or make him attack his Muslim neighbors.
Second, Syrian war started when a Syrian kid was burned and tortured by Assad's police and the town revolted. He then came back to kill thousands upon thousands of Muslims, and that's what started the civil war

What is silly is that you don't know history, just know how to beg us to take care of Muslim problems. Let the Muslim alliance take care of its people.

Consider infighting between "deep state" aka security-intel agencies and Trump admin. When Trump made defeating ISIS as prority and let go "assad must go" line, deep state got into action and staged managed chemical attack as new facts on ground. Trump has to respond to keep in line with US foreign policy posturing. If you read in between line of Tilerson statement, it does not add up to anything significant than what US doing.

I think Asad should resign voluntarily for the sake of Muslims and Syria
The major problem is with whom to replace him..So even if he goes, with hundreds of parties, militias and proxies there will be war for power anyhow.. that is why the wide view is to stop the fighting "by all means" first..

There's chatter on Twitter that strikes on Syria are imminent and could occur in the next several hours.

CBS news is reporting that cruise missile strikes appear imminent.

.
Initial reports are that around 50 tomahawks have been fired at al-Shayrat airfield near Homs
