Breaking story: Saudia Arabia has decided to investigate corruption cases of Mian Nawaz Sharif

Almost every user in this thread from Pakistan is in support of this understandable decision (since when shall KSA ask a third party for permission to investigate corruption on its own soil?) but apparently some Turkish (of all people) user that has nothing to do with this news and seem to have some kind of problem with KSA, is telling Pakistanis what to do, lol. Hilarious. Only on PDF.

Anyway KSA will do what it wants to do with its own affairs.

This is nothing. Criminal compatriots of his have been sentenced to dead, deported in the 10.000' and jailed for life numerous times. This individual, whoever he is, if found guilty of corruption inside KSA, will be dealt with by the state.

"Geniuses" and keyboard warriors like @BHarwana can cry themselves to sleep for all I care.

hahahaha
Do what ever you want with him no objection from me just return the money he stole from my country if you find any corruption.
To me it seems more like a same case of Hariri and Nawaz similar this is just an attempt of Saudis to pressure Nawaz for ties with Iran but to correct you it not Nawaz Gov that is increasing Pakistani ties with Iran. It is the Pakistan Army which is a institute no one can dream of touching because it has the backing of the largest Muslim population ever and no one can do a thing about it not even MBS

KSA is a Nation, equally represents to the citizens of KSA. We never had any problem with any nation around the globe, and there is no possibility for us to have any problem with any nation in future. So no, we don't have any issue with KSA.

We of course have big question marks in our minds about governments or ruling institutions, Dictator of KSA is also one of those, probably on top of the list. I feel pretty free to express my ideas about Dictator of KSA, whether it hurts your feelings or not.

Some note; this website is not a part of KSA, dictator has no authority here; he shall not shut people's mouth or ban any right of free expression.

It does not hurt my feelings at all, I just found your comments extremely hypocritical and outside of touch with the reality. Seemingly no Pakistani user, expect for the thread starter who is a certified troll and Arab-obsessed individual, seem to agree with you either.

As for dictators, that is rich from a Turk seeing developments in Turkey in the past 17 years (let alone decades of military dictatorship - it's questionable that Turkey has ever been a real democracy) and 17 years of Erdogan rule. Or your founders rule. How many 1000's journalists (most in the world I believe), soldiers, public workers and civilians have been jailed? How many more have been accused of corruption? It's not like I am speaking with a Dane here or a Swede.

BTW before you get ahead of yourself, KSA is not a western democracy and has never claimed to be so. Nor its people. Just in case.

Where do I shut people's mouth? You are giving me far too much authority, lol.

Anyway fact of the matter is that KSA can do whatever it wants to on its own soil and investigate whatever it wants to related to affairs within KSA. Criminals within KSA do not need to possess Saudi Arabian citizenship in order to face justice let alone be persecuted. I am sorry.

I will write small summary here just to clear few things and not turn this into off topic discussion.

As you can see, i have Atatürk picture in my avatar. That may give you an idea about that I am a Kemalist person which opposes Erdoğan. Durin Ergenekon and Balyoz so called "lawsuits", 1000's of Journalists, Soldiers, Public workers and Civilians have been jailed just because they were Kemalists.

But now all of them are free, and now we Kemalists are fighting against Fethollah Terror Organisation, which organised Balyoz and Ergenekon traps on us in past. So there is no "jailed" Kemalist writer, soldier, public worker left in prison but all set free.

Have a nice day ^^

KSA has every right to investigate.. even if its land has been used to transit the money to Europe.

What if some of the money laundered in the form of cash slipped into the hands of terrorists working against the interests of KSA? What would have Pakistan done, had she found Modi's involvement in using Pakistani banks to deposit large cash, and then transferring it to UK?

.
as long as the money stolen from Pakistan and Pakistani's is coming back to the Country i don't care where he is trailed , All we want that the looted money came back to our Foreign Reserves and used in our Development projects , Education and health Sector .. Bring these 2 Swines ( Haramdari and Nawaz-Na Shairf ) under the LAW and their money back , we will have a massive boost in our economy.

.
Judgement shall be done in Pakistan for Pakistani citizens. Pakistan is not a vassal state of Saudi Arabia. Pakistani laws shall be applied to Pakistani citizens, not others.

they can only investigate there is no law against investigation

. .
Of course. That is good news. There is no way KSA would risk angering the main establishment that plays main role for the foreign policy of KSA.

After what Nawaz Sharif pulled tactical that could have broken the nation apart, there is no hope for Nawaz Sharif in Pakistan anymore. He is good as confirmed traitor. I hope Punjab looks for the bigger picture ahead as Punjab always had.

only if you live in fool's paradise

It was Americans who voted for trump are you sure because the continuous investigations over Russian involvement speak other wise.

 so....the conspiracy theory here is that millions of Russians flew into the US and voted illegally and left? You guys are rock stars at this stuff. If you don't have a grasp of the issue, why post these funny statements and derail the topic?

Pakistanis have a right to like who ever they want just as Americans because it is allowed in democracy. Now Pakistanis like Army over politicians is a choice of Pakistanis. A Pakistani Army Major is more educated than the current American president, You provide the educational crediential of Trump and I will provide you the credentials of the least educated Army Major.

Trump actually went to one of the top private business schools in the U.S. The Wharton School of Business, by UOP. Its actually a very famous school.

On people's rights in Pakistan, I don't think I disagree with you there. The whole reason behind my post was for the Pakistanis to pick who they like. And no, plenty of survey have been done. A huge majority over 80% wants the democracy. If the Pakistanis wanted the military, trust me, the military wouldn't have had to come in Tanks, APC's and Trucks and jump over the national tv stations that we all saw live. They could've just picked ex-generals who are in politics. Guess what? They've never elected them. People have spoken, again, in a recent survey I looked at just last week.

I am not derailing the topic I am just stating the fact that has clouded US politics. lol. Rusophobia is problem in the capital hill not Pakistan.

In all Pakistan's history the time Pakistan was ruled by democracy is equal to dictatorship or Martial Law in what ever way you want to put it. There is one thing very interesting that there is format and a regular format for military to come that is 111 brigade take over national TV network and announces that we have military coup and the next day there will be celebrations in streets no one will oppose it and every one will go to work as usual even the foreign exchange will begin to rise under military rule. It is my suggestion to USA that you should also try it. For us in Pakistan it is very normal and we enjoy the martial laws. There are never tanks in streets in Pakistan in martial law and freedom is always available. Pakistani media has something like 80 channels and most of them were established in Martial law. Martial law gave more power to free media than democracy. This is the reason Pakistanis love their Army more than democracy. An idot will hate the martial law as you are being care by the people who have given their lives to protect this country so those who never thought about their lives when it came to the security of the country will they harm the people of the country never. Just few days back there was a protest and Civil Gov wanted the army to use force and fire bullets but army refused and instead resolved the issue with dialog and it got resolved. Pakistanis trust their Army more than their mothers or fathers.

The crown prince is quite close to Raheel Shareef and listens a lot to him and knowing Raheel he won't have stayed in KSA after this massive crackdown until and unless he is the one doing it

The Arab spring was supposed to swallow the Saudis
The ISIS was supposed to enter Saudi Territory
There was a meeting between Saudis, Afghani Karzai and Pakistan in Islamabad which was heading towards a move from depending on US to moving towards Chinese sphere of influence. And that is exactly when Osama was apparently found and killed thus putting both Pakistan and Saudis on the defensive.

Saudis know well enough the US or the zionists at large are no ones ally, they use you and throw you out when they are done. Probably it's time the Saudi family is cleaning their own ranks after decades of being used against the Ottomans and Islam itself.

What you are saying makes perfect sense. But many members on here, have no idea how shameful these issues are, and how badly they air out their dirty laundry online. Whether people have military affiliation to be ruled by the military or simply hate against these Shariffs, it is hardly a reason to openly make your country look bad.

At the end of the day, these Shariffs aren't individuals, they are / have stayed in the highest power posts in Pakistan. You won't see Indians making any of these silly, emotional comments about their politicians. Because they have a much better understanding of the globe and their national image in front of the global public. In Pakistan, sadly, military lovers on here think that they can run the country when this country has barely made any progress in the past 60 years. Not to mention, there is no example of a country growing without democracy.

I have a friend who is a Doctor from Bangladesh, he openly states that the best thing that happened to them, was the separation from Pakistan! Today, Bangladesh had better and faster growing GDP than Pakistan and a larger economy. They have national team work like the Indians, and regardless of their internal issues, they don't put their country down and make it look bad in-front of the globe, where they expect Saudis and British to do justice for them because their own justice system is either corrupt, or there is lack of evidence. But its very sad to see a talented nation of over 200 million people not given a chance to grow due to power struggle.
thats why us used to support dictators

"there is no exemple of a country growing without Democracy"
ever heard about China
