Both the Old Testament and the New Testament were compiled long after Moses and Jesus' time. The Council of Jamnia was the first ecumenical one to decide for the Jewish people as what should the Bible be made up off and the Council of Trent for Catholics and then subsequently Protestants would revise the creed in the Council of Trent regarding scripture. Even today the question of canon get's asked with regards to such books as 2 Peter and Hebrews as to whether they should be revised from the canon.

This is were you don't understand some things.Christians don't say that the Old Testament,New Testament are the absolute word of God because they were written by men,be they men who lived around the time of the Prophets or Jesus.Men are prone to mistakes,however their good intentions are,thus,the Gospels are taken to be very close to the words of God but still with human error in mind,even if that error is very,very small.

HE holds sole authority over punishing and rewarding people, though HE refers to HIMSELF as all forgiving it is just that HIS creature needs to seek and ask for HIS forgiveness. Your point in turn is why he sent nearly (according to our belief) 124,000 Prophets and messengers to convey to human kind the principal and path to success in this life and here after. The times these Prophets were sent is mostly when Human Kind forgot the principals and were religion less (there have been synchronous Prophets as well).

But HIS scheme of things is a bit different, there are no multiple religions, there is only one single path that will lead to redemption. And it is a bit complex (higher level thing) to understand (if you are non Muslim)

2. Agreed. End of times would mean that time to seek forgiveness has lapsed, and we believe that even if there is one single believer (Kalima Goh), the judgement day won't fall upon this earth. In fact there are prophecies about this it will be decided and declared beforehand who is believer and who is non believer, believers would be taken away from Earth so that the process can start.

3. GOD is Omniscient HE creates and HE destroys the life, HE creates living from non living, and non living from living. Why would creator need to go through instruction manuals.

Does not HE afford the disbelievers a whole lot of chance to research and accept the truth? The disbelievers you are referring to are not someone common ignorant. They are the ones who know and understand fully but still don't accept and for their persistence and stubbornness to keep denying is the reason that their eyes, heart and ears are sealed never to accept the truth.
And in my view this was for times when Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) would worry about the ones who knowingly kept denying. Even today it is applicable to the ones who know the truth but won't accept it.

Krishna and Jesus had a similar story also, both born to virgin mothers under shooting comets and conducted miracles etc. One was born into a cow herding family and the other was a shepherd.

Krishna will return as Kalki riding a white horse and Jesus will appear also in the end times on a white horse (if you go by the bible definition)
