Pakistan should also send its troops to support China as they helped us against India last year leading to a ceasefire. Dont forget many many Myanmar military officers/generals were trained in Pakistan.

This would serve the interest of the China-Pakistan axis. Strategically would give the following benefit:

- Access to north east india and the potential to block it off via the chicken neck
- Will make bangladesh (india client state) fall more into line
- Will protect chinese/pakistani strategic interest in the region

If Pakistan sends in troops as well under the concession that muslim refugees should be allowed the right to return then its a win win situation for all.

Even in the 70s, China had tendency to interfere with the structures/conflicts around it that could potentially harm its interests. Well I believe it is fake news; if there was incursion and attempt to take over Burma; people will rise up and you will likely see the large component of military made of regular conscripts defect.
