On tv channel there was this Ismael Khan guy probably from Balochistan. He said that to outsiders it's not possible to identify border because it's not fenced but local people in these villages can even tell which tree belong to Pakistan and which to Afghanistan. Musharraf over 10 years ago was going to do exactly that! It was the liberal's and combined with certain religious groups who started howling like rabid dogs. Not forgetting pol parties who squealed like pigs as well. Today no one is stopping it but those who opposed it need to be lined up and shot!

Wrong map or right map, firing at civilians like that is the behaviour of militias, not national armies. Then again the distinction between the two becomes rather vague in Afghanistan, given that even the vice president of the country has his own personal militia.

Frankly it is sad to see two nations who were at one point allies against USSR now in this massive dispute due to the influence of India.

I blame the Afghan Government and military for not setting up proper channels and having proper sit downs and fixing this problem.

Allies? On official level Pakistan and Afghanistan were not allies. Rulers in Kabul were with Soviet Union. You could say average anti-soviet afghan and Pakistani state were allies.

The map thing is all BS, we all know it. They were ordered to operate against Pakistan on the border & what PA did with them later was what was needed. There should be no mercy shown to these Afghani dogs who are operating on the orders of foreign powers.

It seems that US and India are raising and training a terrorist outfit at our western border.
Now what option Pakistan is left to deal with this situation. More worrying is that US is not discharging her responsibilities but always tries to pressurise Pakistan about safe heavens/do more etc. and always paint us as unreliable ally though the case is other way around.
Pakistan should make it clear with US that such ally ship always depends upon give and take.

there is not as advanced structure and buildup on Durand line as on LOC . so i doubt any video has been made.
