The 97-year-old royal was not injured in the two-vehicle crash, according to a statement by Buckingham Palace

Prince Philip was behind the wheel of Land Rover which crashed into another car close to the Queen's Sandringham Estate this afternoon.

The 97-year-old miraculously walked away unharmed after his car overturned following a collision with another vehicle on the A419 at Babingley, Norfolk.

He was not injured according to a statement released by Buckingham Palace.

Two people in the other car were treated for minor injuries.

Dramatic pictures show the vehicle on its side after the nasty collision with another car just after 3pm today.
