Yes if the situation is worse and where the ttp are choking the local population and killing the innocent and targeting the nation like in fata and kp , however minimal number of ttp or its sympathizers in chilas, very small and few incidents, in this case heavy duty bombardment is not need of the hour.

Only cure to militancy is giving locals access to food, water and justice.

It will take time.

Right now we need security policy and terrorism laws to contain militancy. We can't even contain because we are reactionary, running around like headless chickens to every part of the country which suffers from a bomb blast.

These provisions could take up to 5-7 years to be delivered to locals which is a lifetime.

We need to open an ideological front to galvanize the different groups in our society to become unified. India is providing plenty of reasons for this to happen so fear not.
