Nawaz can't escape he is PM if he did he will most wanted. All his money will be gone court verdict is very powerful thing to be honest if they peruse stablishment can get anyone who think they are invincible.

Panamagate scandal brought quite a shameful episode to our country. Foreign investors have long complained of corruption in Pakistan which denies them a chance to bring their business to Pakistan.

The scandal also brought institutions into closer inspection for their flaws and how they are brazenly used as a tool by the politicians. Though JIT proved once again that Pakistanis are willing hard honest workers as well.

Even during the course of the case the heads of the departments fell into political chaos. That begs the question how under these officials an investigation or convictions are possible?

Supreme Court is expected to take this into account. They should ideally get rid of them and select good merited officers those who can be impartial and swift with proceedings.

The supreme court should also address the issue of tax evasive modern techniques and define the term beneficial owner. This is exploitation of women in a shade.

With upcoming elections the electoral process has to be judged since napra has stalled.

The articles 62 63 should be defined explicitly. Morality needs to be defined for public office holders or aspiring holders.

To further avoid such catastrophic failure NAB should be given additional thoughts.

False narrative reporting also should be under the spotlight along with a dressing down for contempt of court.


Institutions should be moulded into self triggering authorities instead of dragging for politics.
