sunni muslim, Iranians (shias) are not involved in these types of incidents
The most incorrect statement of all time.

It's preferable to not act like an expert on Islam especially if you aren't a Muslim.

Because a considerable percentage of the population in Muslim world either support terrorist ideology or indifferent about it.

What's there to not know about whether you view a terrorist organization favourable or not. Most of these don't know people are just people who are just afraid of unequivocally stating that they see justifications in the actions of ISIS.

I dont know means mujhay nahe pata

I am ready to accept that majority of those who said don't know really don't know. But even if 10% of the population suport IS, that's a huge problem. In a country like Pakistan, that means 18-20 million people.

The BBC has just spoken to an official at the Indian Embassy in Mali who said that all the Indians who had been staying at the Radisson Blu hotel are safe.
