There must be something brewing, recent reports had indicated that India & UAE had got into a stalemate on price over purchase of oil for its strategic reserves and consequently India's purchase of oil from Iran skyrocketed. If this invitation has been forwarded, it must be that is considered something minor in the whole schemes of things.
