lol, funny thing is I had just spoken to a friend of mine who knows a thing or two about the Indian defence goings on and he was telling me how the MMRCA negotiations are a matter of weeks from conclusion and then I heard this news!!

Well he says the expectaion is for the Dassualt-MoD negotiations to conclude within a few weeks (didn't say how many), then the deal will go to the finance ministry and then to the CCS. It is unknown how long these stages will take but it shouldn't be too long he said.
