We understand buddy. There has been a precedent set in this forum by both Indians and Chinese, which is not very friendly, and hence the presumption of trolling. Ignore :)

Isro should focus more on launching capacity, grabbing a big piece of space market n irnss...than manned space flight....

Really. Do you know ESA deep space helped for China's moon mission. Just Search ESA's help on china's moon mission since i cannot post links.

When you send an interplanetary missions you need deep space antennas to cover the whole 360 degrees of earth. Having antennas 120 degrees apart in different locations will help track and monitor interplanetary missions 24/7. Currently, only NASA has deep space networks in different locations (California, Spain, Australia). India has it's own deep space network near Bangalore, but it covers only certain period of a day. Any countries who send interplanetary missions need other countries help for tracking and monitoring 24/7 including China.
