So you've heard? good good? :D

Bitter? Who's bitter? Get your comprehension straight, dimwit. Puny? lol OKAY now you're being childish. Didn't expect any better from a person whose been cornered and called out on his BS post masquerading as a compliment.

Learn to ignore troll posts.
Blood, you as well. If you find a post offensive, report it and move on. You are not going to win any points for mud slinging on the internet.

There is a reason why there is huge interest in this industry today, and deeps space is a very new area that will explode sooner rather than later. We just took our steps into it.

If people think it's waste then it's good lol, we will have a bigger piece of the market no problem :)

why is that unnecessary troll fight between gibbs and other indians.....i read his first statement and i didn't find any troll element there....yes if a member after logical reply still behave like childish..then its a troll....

@All There is an Indian Deep Space Network
Indian Deep Space Network - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

But there is a blind spot in it, we dont have much spreaded network around the globe like the NASA have.
People wont get it bro, they think facilities at goldstone & madrid are doing all the stuff and DSN at bangalore is doing nothing,i wonder if they know about these facilities eithway. Its of no use explaining such stuffs to troll.chillax ;)

I din't deleted it- some Mod came and infracted me twice- and locked me out of the thread-
My bad then! My point for this was not to embarrass(well a little bit), but not to be delusional in spite of the facts or believe everything is a conspiracy

I heard a rumor that the space vehicle was getting assistance from the US probe flying close by on trajectory and other corrective meassures

NASA's Deep Space Network to Support India's Mars Mission

BANGALORE, India — NASA's Deep Space Network will provide support for India's Mars orbiter mission scheduled for launch this year as part of expanded cooperative ties between the United States and India, the two governments announced June 24 in New Delhi.

"NASA is providing deep space navigation and tracking support services to this mission during the non-visible period of the Indian Deep Space Network," the governments said in a joint statement released during the three-day visit to India by of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.

The Mars mission, developed by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is slated for lift off from India's launch facility at Sriharikota in October or November.

All the work was done by NASA ... so ...

The only hard part in mission was navigation to Planet launching a item to space anyone can do

And I thought you weren't stupid! But unfortunately you are, and that's sad!

Do you even know what the DSN (Deep Space Network) is? This is a world-wide network of large antennas and communication facilities, located in California, Spain, and Australia, that supports interplanetary spacecraft missions. Similar networks are run by Europe, Russia, China, India, and Japan.

These networks are ALL INTERLINKED to provide communication support for satellites from all countries. All space agencies rely on this world wide network as one country may not be able to receive signals due to occultation etc.

The MOM sent it's first signal to the DSN located in Canberra, Australia as soon as it emerged from the far side of Mars because the MOM became 'visible' first to this DSN station due to its location.

For example, check out the coverage of the DSN....

DSN currently consists of three deep-space
communications facilities placed approximately
120 degrees apart around the Earth.

The MOM was in the DSN arc of Canberra and therefore was the first to pick up MOM's signals as soon as it emerged from the far side of Mars.

So don't clutch at straws to try and denigrate the achievements of Indian scientists when you know squat about communications in deep space and how it is all networked.
