In case of Mumbai attacks there is TV evidence. The terrorist have been caught on close circuit TV cameras.

U have quoted that Col Prohit and swamy chap r the prime suspects. U must understand that a Suspect need not be a criminal. A suspect can be anybody including you and me

Hafiz Saeed and all are also "suspects". No criminal charges agaisnt them are established infront of Pakistani courts.

Point is, if India wants to play hard game, then Pakistan should have counter measures in place for immediate action.

Pakistani courts have dispatched all charges against him. He is as free of man as Col Prohit in India.
