All right there was some information being circulated on October 22 that a very close person to PML-N head was ready to disclose the names and entire plot after he was being forced to take blame on himself which he refused. The names which were mentioned in that included Fawad Hassan Fawad, Mohiuddin Wani, Parvez Rashid and Maraym and PM were said to be part of the leak against Army.

Army should force NS to either resign and save his daughter or let the justice run its course on his daughter to which he will never ever agree and will ultimately have to resign. If he chose not to do either, than a 111 boot up his *** will be in order.

their intention was not to expose NS.

Anyway from Start I said Cyril was being used and hence he should not be called traitor rather NS govt should be questioned.

I dont think it has got anything to do with IK at all...This is totally related to Army vs the govt in wake of Cyril's Dawn news

Moreover, I personally think this will do more harm than any good to IKs dharna and the claims of him to uproot the govt. Some pressure on the govt in my opinion has been released through this vent and Army might not demand more from them as long as they cooperate on that news.

Breaking News: Pervaiz Rasheed removed from post of Information Minister

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Saturday (today) removed Pervaiz Rasheed from the post of federal minister for information.

The removal came in the wake of civil-military leadership leaked conversation that appeared in a local newspaper.

The ministry has been taken back from Rashid until the probe of a leaked story published in DAWN is completed.

An inquiry committee was constituted which is probing how the story was leaked. The committee comprises senior officials of ISI, MI and IB.

English newspaper DAWN published a story on October 6, in which journalist Cyril Almeida had written about an alleged civilian and military rift during the National Security Committee (NSC) meeting over the issue of tackling jihadi outfits.

The story drew an outpour of criticism with the military stating that it was fed to the reporter and demanded investigations into it. It cost Almeida placement of his name on the Exit Control List for less than a week before the government eventually lifted his travel ban.

On October 28, senior leaders of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif, the ISPR confirmed.

The military’s media wing said Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif met General Raheel Sharif at the Army House between 4:00PM and 5:30PM.

“The delegation briefed COAS on the progress of investigation and recommendations related to planted story of National Security breach of 6 Oct 2016,” said the statement.

The meeting was also attended by DG ISI Lt-General Rizwan Akhtar, said the ISPR

I think if PTI has some good brains then it can boost dharna. If IK and his party now makes a case of security risk in shape of Nawaz Sharif as they had been blaming earlier now it got more power.

If a sitting PM and his cabinet can leak proceedings of a closed door meeting pertaining to national security then it is a classic case of putting own political agenda ahead and risking national security. So it is a fair chance for PTI to propagate this

Nawaz has to go without delay...National security breach is proven. All involved should be in jail . Call for general election. Traitors has no place in politics or holding public office.
