Nawaz Sharif earlier said that, after the tragedy Nawaz will come to contianter to get support.

But nevertheless brave move by Imran Khan, very welcoming and inshallah Pakistan will come out more stronger to face off internal and external enemies.

Dharna ends....

Imran Khan shows much needed maturity. His stature will now grow. I hope he supports government in war against TTP and focuses on electoral reforms and governance of KPK. This will decide his fortunes in 2018 elections. I hope and wish he gets more than 25 seats like this time.

His course of action will decide whether he becomes another Asghar Khan, or actually becomes a valued politician.

Pakistan needs stability, at least to allow much needed economic improvement, growth, and development. Imran's contribution will matter a great deal in his electoral performance.

Welcome back Imran. I hope you stay the course now. I would not mind supporting you again, provided you put our political, economic, and institutional need for stability first.

After all, NS is no child. His announcement of APC was actually a ruse to sit with Imran Khan and provide some sort of basis to end political instability, without conceding much at all.

Imran Khan gets to act mature and statesman-like. NS takes much criticism for what appeared to be banking on a lame-duck APC, but gets what he badly needed.

Great move from both of them. Both needed this politically. It is an indictment of our political system that it needed a tragedy for some semblance of sanity and stability to return.

Now the ball is in PML-N's court and NS MUST act sensibly by enacting electoral reforms without being told to do so.

He must watch what PML-N does. If NS does nothing, Imran should ratchet up the pressure, short of starting street agitation.
