Breaking : French media report man decapitated in suspected 'Islamist attack'

At least one person has died and several people were hurt after an attack on a factory near Grenoble, central France, on Friday.

French media are reporting that the man was decapitated and that the attacker was reportedly carrying an Islamist flag.

One person has been arrested, but it is not clear if that person is the attacker and no other details were available.

Bernard Cazeneuve, France's interior minister, is said to be on his way to the area. His office did not immediately a request for comment.

French security forces have been on high alert since gunmen attacked the office of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in January, setting of several days of attacks across Paris.

That's what happens when you invade countries, remove their working governments and use the resources at your disposal to destabilize them. The Allies are at it again in Syria. The Western governments have been fanning the flames of terror from the get-go.

There will always be a spill-over and the repercussions of a failing state are always going to be global, particularly failing Muslim states, because the Islamic ideology (which once stood contained by their respective governments before the West removed them) has an inherent tendency to produce extremists. Reason? The call for pan-Islamic unity in the absence of a working state appears to be the only form of good governance in a state racked by petty crime and the chronic lack of food security and access to healthcare facilities. Islam is more than just a religion. It is a system of governance. Governance which its adherents feel would be a good option in the absence of a working alternative.

The problem exacerbates where the local population gains access to military hardware and organizes itself in militias working to realize the dream of establishing a government. In the absence of a legitimate government to contain them, these militias reign supreme and spread fear and their propaganda with impunity.

You want to be safe from terror? Stop electing representatives to the Parliament who support military intervention to remove Middle-Eastern leaders who they disapprove of. That in turn, as I have explained above, throws the country to the wolves.

In short, you are the reason for the state of the world today. I hope that haunts you.
