I think according to globalsecurity.com Brahmos has a range of 300km

IAF has not live tested Brahmos yet on the nay AC

Brahmos is almost invincible, Till date there is NO defence against it .
Brahmos once launched will Kill the Ship being Targeted simply coz you CANNOT intercept this Mach 3 Missile.

On Contrary Indian Nirbhay ( 1000KM Range ) and Babur can both be Killed eaisily due their much slower speed.

Conclusion : Despite of range the Kill probability of Nirbhay/Babur and other Missiles is far lower .
Any Enemy vessel in the range of 300 KM to an Indian Brahmos Equipped Destroyer will be actually heading for a suicide.

Just wait for the Hypersonic version of BrahMos, its said to have longer range and higher speed ( lab tested with a speed of 5.26 Mach) !

Aren't we making it in a JV with Russia??? Well since it is a hypersonic version their is no doubt that speed will improve considerably but not the range...due to the same MCTR treaty
