Brahmos hits target in maiden test firing from Navy’s new destroyer INS Kochi

@Soulspeek Impressive i must say but i fail to see how a country with many a times less poulation is supposed to generate huge revenues on movies?
And i can use the same logic on tejas, sitara AMCA BCAM LCMA so spare me the BS...

Also our operational missile capability is on par or greater than india. Meaning to say we have more means to transfer our nuclear weapons from their cozy sofas to somewhere in Delhi...

.
There's no shame in using technology made out of collaborative efforts between 2 countries. Not like we claim sole ownership. But there is shame in assembling aircraft that came fresh out of the chinese junkyard and calling it your own.

Collaborative effort:pleasantry: If that makes u feel better.. :laughcry:

.
Same way a country that can make subsonic cms but cant make a motorcycle engine.
I never implied my country made the turbojet (or the specific kind of propelling hardware) for babur... We licensed it from China, but ten years after i have little idea what could be going in our labs... of course we are looking beyond now...

And again with the kids rants, kid that kid this... All the time you people think of kids only, god made women too for your dirty minds but you people cant think above kids, goats and camels.
Now i get why india is called the rape capital hopefully you too will make your country proud, as far as i am concerned i am better off with my girlfriend...

Dear Sir, your earlier post and this post contradict to each other. On your earlier post you have the doubt that its Russia who has developed Brahmos and India did the paint job. Well you might be correct, in the same way JF-17, where most of the work was done by the Chinese and Pakistan have little contribution but contributed with the 50% money. Now in this post you are giving an example that India already have the capability but it was not developed, which should have been done years ago.

Sir, I laid emphasis on the NEED, somehow our armed forces and the leaders didn't find any need at that time, and now they need it, so development of Nirbhay has been started. On the contatory, you fail to grasp some important advantages of Brahmos that the Brahmos haven't stopped with the Brahmos 1 or Brhamos 2 or Brahmos 1 block 2, rather it is evolving at a good pace for Brahmos NG and Mini, with capability of firing from land, sea, undersurface, air aka virtually all the platform and with time better, lighter, and efficient. The cost of the Brahmos 1 is around 3 Million dollor a piece, and with the private company of Indian origin capable of manufacturing it gives an advantage of mass producing it if the need arises. Hope you understand the main point.

Your advice is highly appreciated.
you repeated my post and you blame me for not understanding it? only an idiot would underestimate the brahmos. But the fact that it is actually russian hardware remains intact. Russia has not granted you all the tech necessary to develop the critical parts of brahmos as they don't want to lose a potential buyer. But you're trying and someday you might succeed if not already.

And a country that doesnt have a single institute dedicated to research in gas turbines can develop a cruise missile ?
What makes you so sure?

Collaborative effort:pleasantry: If that makes u feel better.. :laughcry:
The first batch was given hand to hand all that collaboration talk is BS of the highest degree...

And sir, why should India need that critical part, or in other word its a product of a private limited company named Brahmos Aerospace which have their own financial Interest, which is a JV of India and Russia, why would it give its IPR to India or even Russia free of cost. It is selling its product to India right now. IA, or IN order Brahmos aerospace and they deliver the missile for money.

Good approach...

Something for you Pakistanis to watch and bury your heads in sand

Off topic leave aside such thing sir

@FunkyGen you have very valid reason and good knowledge about indian missiles, share us the pakistani missile knowledge also, so you think Pakistan have better or par missile tech. at their hand, and could developed missile on its own or with some external help.

India has quicker and unstoppable ways to respond back with interest (you know baniya mindset).
Ok...

I am afraid i'd have to say no to that... btw we have some very credible friends who have offered us much much superior systems than our own but we said no simply for the reason we don't want to depend on nobody during war... especially regarding our critical systems... also i have no "insider" thingy going on with me... so don't quote me on that... have a great day.

 What operational missile capability ?

We have A3,A5 & canisterized Shaurya operational.

Indigenous SAM too is operational

BMD,two SLBMs & a JV LRSAM/MRSAM underway

What do you have ? Shaheen 2 ?

Even today, there is no institute having enough expertise to design a turbojet/turbofan in Pakistan.

Many of your compatriots would love to make fun of the Kaveri turbofan ,but at least we have a decent working engine as a result of 4 decades of research & development.

And you are not at the same level as we were in the 70s.

Nirbhay is not 'undevelopable'-Was Bulava SLBM undevelopable for the Russians ?How many times did it fail ?Indian missiles & space launchers had their own fair share of failures, like the rest of the world.

You mean to imply that Pakistani missiles haven't failed ? Remember the case of 'mysterious daadu' falling on villagers ? The difference between India and Pakistan is this transparency regarding development procedure.

Indian members have posted the indigenously developed systems on the Brahmos several times before.Obviously these are systems where India has expertise in, like navigation systems, launchers, fcs & now, seekers .

Let me ask one question-What did Pakistan-a country that doesn't even have a single indigenous aircraft design contribute to the development of JF 17?In which field of aircraft design do you have experience in ?Does that stop you making claims of a joint venture ?

As per a only two major technologies haven't been shared - the ramjet technology & the high specific impulse solid propellent for the booster .The russians did offer ToT for Ramjet technology, ata hefty price. And FYI we are alreadypursuing development of an infigenous liquid fuel ramjet.

And Brahmos is a far better collaborative effort than the JF 17 for which Pakistan couldn't even develop a simple IFF interogator.Even an HAL upgraded Mig 27 would have more indigenous content than this 'Joint Fighter'
