But both Pakistan govt and UNSC have banned the 2 organizations he is linked with and openly admits to leading one of them. Then how is that case different from this person's. After all there is no proof presented in Pakistani courts against him either.
Its a valid point. If being associated with a banned organization makes this commander a fair game, then why not the likes of Haqquanis and Hafiz Saeeds of the world.?
