You are correct. The linked article does indeed quote the BRA leader as stating that. The period in between the two sentences in the tweet made me believe that the second sentence was supplementary info provided by the tweeter.

As to why he would disclose that? I don't know, maybe as a boast? The whole article is written in pro-militant colors. So maybe an attempt at displaying the "sacrifice" of the three dispatched vermin? Face saving?

agreed Sir,
in east pakistan case the biggest problem was the distance between both parts ..... there was no direct road, rail or other link and on top of it the the enemy was surrounding the entire east Pakistan, besides that somehow they did not merged with western Pakistani society as the baloch are, if i am not wrong more than 40% baloch are living inside Punjab in the districts of Rajanpur, Rhaeem Yar Khan, DG Khan etc, and those who are living in Baluchistan many of them are married with other ethnic groups in other parts of Pakistan, besides that there are many more other reasons which required too much time to explain, so either its BLA or any other terrorist group their agenda cannot succeed logically because the social roots of society are more deeper than they appears ....
