Boycott Indian goods campaign

Why not? Sounds perfect

Yes I've just been to a super store and they sell flour, rice etc and all items belong to india. Pakistan is no where to be seen. Few days back I went to a Pakistani super store and found most of the items were indian. Had to search through to find Pakistani rice and I took photos.

My question is where has the Pakistani government been? We cant even sell it to our own overseas Pakistanis. We are a 10 million strong customers. I will definitely be keeping my eyes open on what the new Pakistani inqlaabi government will do about this.

Learn from Turkey, Qatar had sanctions from the arab nations and within days qatar stores were full with Turkish items. If it was Pakistani government, we would be asleep till somebody else does our job for us.

To be fair to your Gov, what is the role of the Gov if no one from Pakistan is not able to get a revenue model to sale a Pakistan basmati rice to UK Pakistan people....Rather it is the responsibility and interest of Pakistan diaspora to channel and initiate a venture where all the Pakistan export items can be supplied through your customers...
Take an example of India Bazar and Patel Stores in Dallas....They are able to cater to the need of all South Asian people

Nothing short of "North Korea Like Sanctions" against India , holding 12 Million Humans Hostage

  • Pakistan has shown massive concern
  • Turkey has shown concern
  • Malaysia has shown concern
  • Saudia has shown concern
  • Indonesia has shown concern

China has shown grave concern , billion people nation

That is almost 2 billion People on planet who have been offended by indian action

Major Democratic countries like US, UK have also registered a legible objection

  • Should be a ban on India for Technology & Commerce

It is such a shame that most halal frozen meals, kebabs, chicken nuggets etc are all made in India in the UK market too. Why can’t Pakistan export for world halal frozen market?

Someone needs to look into if and if so, why this is happening? Are there any barriers from Pakistan exporting similar products to the diaspora population, that India is able to export?

If Pakistan can sell all possible products to its to the diaspora and to other people that shop in Pakistani owned businesses, it can earn billions more in exports in relatively short order.

The main problem is there are no Pakistani high level importers in US or UK.

Another factor is giant Indian chain stores vs tiny Pakistani grocery stores. Pakistanis have created several tiny grocery stores an compete against each other. Very idiotic way of doing business. Indians have build giant Chain stores like Patel Brothers, Apna Bazaar, Farmer's Market, etc. These stores deliberately keep more Indian stuff. They have very smartly trapped Pakistani exporters and Pakistani buyers both of which are now totally dependent on these stores, thanks to Pakistani grocery stores.

Just imaging I those tiny Pakistani grocery stores merge up an create a giant chain stores, Pakistani would buy from there and maybe others too.

Problem is this wont happen, arab governments are sellout as usual, they wont kick out millions of indian employees or place trade sanctions, they will be thinking the opposite. Increase trade and relations with India so they can blackmail Pakistan everytime it makes it's own independent policies.

UN sanctions is the same as above.

What left is atleast Pakistan and Pakistanis boycott Indian products.
We discuss later, but you pointed a very interesting scenario , how they may blackmail Pakistan.

This is why Pakistan can't depend more than 25-30% on any one market or region, and needs to be truly exporting to most nations of the world (if they have products that those countries use).

Real problem is when we were fighting within B.B vs NS or democracy Vs Marshall Law. When we were trying to find reasons behind good vs bad Taliban, India was building their country and economy. Today even big gaint Arab and western business groups has direct or indirect interests in India. Their most of the decision making management are Indians. Similarly all tech gaints, has their decision making authorities are Indian.

Pakistanis are still only fighting with eachother . They don't have resources don't have enough capital to do any business what so ever or even compete to the world.

The top 10 business pakistani groups also moved their interests away from Pakistan due to so much uncertainty in the business environment.

We are only purchasing Pakistani products, meat, rice what ever available in the market. But it will not make much difference. Untill big hyperstores, garments industry, automobile industries, information technology switches their production to Pakistan . No boycott Indian products going to help Pakistani/Kashmir cause.

As NRP I can see we are very good in skill level and I rank Pakistanis much higher then any other nationals but core stuff, values, direction, attitude, communication/interpersonal skills, all are totally lacking. We are good doers but not many leaders, influencers Or inspirational People.

Updated post.
Thank you for correcting me, laila Basmati is Indian rice and so is Badsha basmati rice.

Only Habib basmati rice, Rozee Basmati Rice and king of rice are Pakistani brands. Am surprised. All Pakistani shops are filled with Indian rice. People believe Laila and Salaam are Pakistani because of the way the branding is made.

Let me double check on Laila Basmati rice. Its not easy to find out which country manufacturers the rice, alot of places it says from Punjab.

Thank you so much, I spent a lot of money on these brands thinking they were Pakistani. Time to spread the word.

Pdf members should encourage their local cash and carry to gradually remove indian products. I realise it will be difficult, especially if there is no alternative products. Hopefully cash and carry owners take the initiative.

.
Demand UN sanction like one done on Iraq after Kuwait invasion , nothing will come out of personal level boycotts

.
Buy Pakistani rice if you live in the west
Dont buy EastEnd products
Updated with 2 India rice brands removed. Laila basmati, Badshah basmati and Salaam basmati are indian rice. I advice India to change their rice names, just like they change their city names from Muslim to Hindu

Thanks for the valuable information. If 10 Million overseas Pakistanis boycott Indian goods then this means overseas Pakistanis have created a big hole for Pakistani investors to dive in. It would look like a guarantee business success for Pakistani items because this will create 10 million customers for Pakistani goods.

In my area we have 4 huge Pakistani super stores, but yes they are not big for whole uk wholesaler, they are slowly opening up stores in other cities.

I keep mentioning about this being Pakistani government fault because if Pakistani government creates a friendly and secure business environment then big Pakistani stores like PakFoods and Freshways will import from Pakistan but at the moment they dont do this because the quality is not guaranteed, investment is not guaranteed. What is the point of investing in everything from Pakistan when you might get ripped off or receive low quality food items.
