Yes at 10% which is lower than 22% of FATA combined though north waziristan has a literacy possibly lower than kohistan. The problem is on both sides. We need to start acting as a united nation and a federation rather than squabbling provinces. Jinnah warned us to get rid of our provincialism. Ethnic tensions worry me deeply, because ethnic chauvinism not terrorism resulted in the separation of Bengal from Pakistan. If we do not give up on our JSQM, BSO-A MQM's and ANP's we will be in deep trouble. Pakistanis need to ask themselves whether their ethnicity or political party comes first or Pakistan because for Mujib Ur Rehman ethnicity came first.

The govt. has to reconcile between these two tribes as early as possible because it is a very serious issue and critical area. Otherwise the enemy could try to take advantage of this situation.

But there are some issues that are confined to regions like low female literacy Karachi doesnot have it FATA does so you treat both rgions differently similarly we need a different aproach for Kohistan belt before the void is filled by muridain of burka and co

Whole KPK is messed up. FATA should be merged with it, Chitral should go to GB, Dera Ismail Khan to Baluchistan, and Hazara should be merged with Potohar as one unit.

The truth is Chitral was neither part of GB nor KPK. Rather some parts of KPK, GB and Afghanistan were part of Chitral. Chitral should be made a separate province if that was possible in future.
