What's new

Boston's #RedLine subway train developed by China’s CRRC unit was officially put into operation on Wed

We live in China and we know whenever a train malfunction they immediately hit social media top news , Beijing has the world largest subway system and technical malfuctions do happen and result in hours of suspension of services, but they happen extremely rare, millions of people in the city depend on this very reliable network.
Your US rundown railway and subway trains derail regularly, better check yourself for this terrible occurance.

Hey has it occurred to you that maybe China is simply exporting shoddier stuff than they have at home.....isn't that the stereotype of imported Chinese products...not the best quality...but it isn't the stereotype of the goods Chinese people use.

Singapore complaining about trains
US complaining about trains
Sri Lanka complaining about trains.

China not complaining about trains.

You used a lot of maybe or probably, how do you explain Japanese's cars derailment? even in Japan they derail, all trains may have problems here and there, they are machines, but rundown US train system has trains derailed so frequently which is far beyond accepted normal faulty rate, this shows how backward and incompetent you guys are.
2021 has not finised yet, how many derailment have already happened in US?

You are the one who was wondering why there are no incidents in China but incidents in the US.

Hey I'm sure Japan has incidents to. You don't hear them saying their trains have no problems.

Here is Kawasaki in 2018 having wiring problems in those same Washington trains
"During the assessment conducted at Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing, it was discovered that wire crimping defects went undetected by Kawasaki and were found by WMATA’s Resident Inspectors, resulting in defects that require rework on all 548 on-site at WMATA. This will result in rework that will take over one year to accomplish,” the review said."

I never said China never had incidents, China has the world biggest railway system by a huge margin, but we don't have incidents that often like what happened in US and most problems are minor one, not like a derailment which happens in US pretty frequently.

Sometime, it the host problem rather than Chinese. You all have the mentality China product is cheap and paid little money and so expect correlated quality,

I saw video of Hanoi Metro , basically it looks like Metro from 80-90s. But I do understand the amount of little money Vietnam paid to Chinese. So dont expect fantastic quality but its workable.

Think about it. Singapore original Metro is from Japan Kawasaki, why switch to China Dalian one? of cos money is the factor with estimate Singapore are paying even less than 50% original they paid for Japan one.

.
Bringing up an accident which was widely reported 10 years ago only further shows how desparate you are in finding fault with China, Contrary to western lies, that accident was widely discussed on the Chinese social media and everyone knows it in China, and, really? you have to dig out western lies even from 10 years ago? are you kidding me?

Desperation.

I don't think Singapore during its bidding process said "Hey China please make your train 50% of the price of Kawasaki and cut corners if you have to...that's fine to get the costs down..we'll live with it"

Also I'm sure the Chinese govenment pays companies like CRRC whatever their going price is.

It doesn't matter what the station looks like if the cause is determined to be a wheelset design flaw. You can have solid gold stations and that isn't going to make it go away.

Chinese wheels are fine in China, Africa, Europe..., we don't mean China never has problems, but what happens regular in US is just beyond any norms , this only shows how backward and incompetent you are.

How are wheel defects admitted by CRRC suddenly caused by us???
If you put those same trains on Chinese tracks you'd have problems too.

Same with the Singapore ones.

You don't have magical rails that fix defects.

You will be surprised it did. Surely, Singapore trying to play trick like delay payment or even ask for re contract after previous price agree. And this is the China reply to you by even lowering my quality when u try pay very little.

What do these all incidents have to do with the Washington DC CRRC train defects???

That's like me saying "the Boeing 737Max crashes are due to MD80 crashes and besides the 737Max never crashed in the US so obviously there is no issue. It's only an issue in Ethiopia and Indonesia". <- What completely wacky logic is this?
