What's new

Bosch opens its doors in Pakistan

.
First try to make 8-10 :D then we will think about 35.... No one is ready to make new Provinces...

It's because of corruption. Few Corrupt politician don't want to share with other.

Creating provinces is one thing but more important is to create laws to governed those.
Decentralization of Power and strong anti corruption laws are more important but has to be done in stages.
Any individual or party found of corruption should be heavily fined and banned from politics for 10 to 15 years.
If these kind of laws are created and implement than no corrupt politician or corrupt party can take part in elections.

Before we can come to that level, we need to clean up the judicial system.

in some cases, you don't have to have provinces, you can create laws to give more power to administrative divisions.
administrative division commissioner can act as a pseudo governor.

A Divisional Commissioner (pseudo governor) will be given direct responsibility for all the districts within that Division.

There is no need of Chief Minister (Shahbaz Sharif)

DC will act as a governor and select a team to help him (small cabinet).
These will elected official by public. Good example is
Azerbaijan

I agree we should have more provinces

Yes and it only really matters if they bring some of that production to Pakistan.

This seems to be a logistics driven move for Pakistan market.

. . .
No way! That means German Auto makers are coming to Pakistan? If Bosch is present.

If Bosch can setup a training academy to train Car/Auto mechanics that would be great.
Govt has imposed very high duty on imported cars. Otherwise hell off a lot more Pakistanis would be driving Audis and BMWs. Politician and influential rich people got links and they evade these heavy duties that they imposed on average Pakistani while they -politicians and friends- import whatever car they want. Average Pakistani is paying 2 to 3 times more for same Suzuki dug-dugi than average Indian, due to no competition in market.
