What kind of perverted logic is this?! So the victim whose land and people have been taken is the "bad guy"?!

Sorry but try again. When a son is a thief and murderer, you confront his parents. Yet his parents deny all charges even when concrete evidence and eye-witnesses prove him guilty. The parents know their son is guilty but they disrespect the victim, and even worse they do the same. Now how would YOU feel about that???

And how did you as a judge decide without any solid proof that China is the victim and India is the perpetrator.. Oh, maybe because China is your all time friend.. But then, doesnt that smell NEPOTISM??:coffee:

Don't assume India's "Secrets" are unknown to the outside world.... :hitwall: There's another excellent thread a few years back that documents the massive illegal migration toward China's side of the illegal McMahon Line. What does that tell you? How about the tens and tens of thousands of ILLEGAL Indian migrants living in HK, SZ, China? India is the world's largest source of illegal immigrants, what does that tell you?
This is the "Secret" of chines "legal" migration to India..

Oct. 16 – Toughening its stance on China’s export of unskilled and semi-skilled labor to India, the Indian government has stopped issuing business visas to mainland Chinese nationals Home Minister P. Chidambaram said on Thursday.

“Chinese workers can come to India only on employment visa, no more on business visas,” said Chidambaram, speaking at a press conference in Srinagar.

China has been sending tens of thousands of workers to India, ostensibly on “business trips,” but in reality engaging them as employees on construction sites and in Chinese-owned factories India asserts. The practice breaks India’s visa regulations, labor law and also does away with the need for the Chinese employer to pay the mandatory welfare fees that would otherwise be due in China.:cheesy:

A number of recent incidents have also occurred at Chinese construction sites with numerous deaths caused by building and other structural collapses. The government is under pressure to deal with the problem – estimated to be well over 200,000 illegally imported Chinese workers – as the practice also denies resident unskilled and semi-skilled Indians work opportunities.

China itself has been quiet on the issue, as illegally exporting labor overseas alleviates the countries own unemployment problem. Hundreds of thousands of Chinese workers have lost jobs in the manufacturing sector, especially in the South. Chinese nationals will now only be granted employment visas, and if on Chinese state organized travel trips, tourist visas. Employment visas will also only be issued to “highly skilled” Chinese. “We are not going to issue any visas to unskilled and semi-skilled workers as we have plenty of them in India,” Chidambaram said.

Chris Devonshire-Ellis, the managing partner for Dezan Shira & Associates in India and publisher of 2point6billion.com believes that China’s exportation of labor has gotten to a level where serious abuses in terms of volume are so bad that India had to act, even if it makes applying for visas by genuine Chinese businessmen that much more difficult. “The Chinese government should be more proactive in dealing with this type of systematic visa abuse by its companies, and work more closely with the Indian government in solving the problem,” Devonshire-Ellis said. “Now we have a situation where deserving and valuable Chinese businesspeople cannot travel easily to India, all because of China exporting unskilled labor. “

Excellent, I was hoping someone would post this. I decided not to as a gesture of good will. But here goes!

Funny how bharat insults these workers as "low-skilled" ---> if they are so "low-skilled", YET ordinary Indians do NOT possess the skills, then how would you classify the Indians??? :)

Secondly, interesting how bharat complains about restrictions on H-1B for "highly-skilled" (fraudsters).......

Lastly, bharat had to make special exceptions for thousands of these "lowly-skilled" workers to finish performing the most skilled job in completing in time for the Commonwealth Games (CWG). Other projects where bharat restricted these "lowly-skilled" Chinese workers, and instead FORCED the use of local Indian workers resulted in numerous cases of multiple deaths and structural collapses. Delhi airport roof collapse, metro tunnel collapse, factor collapse...... :cheesy:

Truth is China possess highly skilled workers in all areas of Science and Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, Medicine, Design..... all the way down to the blue-collar workers. Only an idiot would claim otherwise..... :hitwall:

Oh and another thing, the reason for this business visa "reclassification" (which is affected tens of thousands of expats around the world) is to PROTECT jobs at home. This isn't limited to just Chinese or Koreans or Japanese workers, but also Americans and Europeans especially! The dilemma is that bharat can't openly state the true reason, because it will be hit with reverse-protectionism from America, China, Japan, ASEAN, and Europe.

Oh and still another thing, these workers aren't working illegally in India when it is in FACT Indian companies and businesses requesting and employing them.

And yet another thing, there's hundreds of thousands of illegal Indian immigrants. That's a huge difference between expats working in India (who return home) and illegal Indians in other nations (squatters who don't leave and engage in unethical conduct).

Yeah that's right, we Indians are unskilled while the Chinese are "highly" skilled. The testament of the superiority of the Chinese worker is seen in the hundreds of metro collapses in China, god knows how many mine accidents, etc etc.

We unskilled Indians were horrified and saddened when merely six workers died in a Delhi metro site, we after all do not have the PRC "skill" of not giving a damn how many die for the sake of development.

...this pathetic propaganda piece makes it seem like the ORIGINAL people are "against" their own kind....WTF?!
That is a typical cognitive dissonance.

Anyway.

Since when did China start to care for opinions. It doesn't give two hoots to the opinion of its own people, what makes you all think it would give anything more than a rodent's tushi to what the studetn's of Arunachal Pradesh think.

Its business as usual for China. Move along guys.

Speaking of Mumbai (aka Bombay) where dangerous trains with NO doors where hundreds of passengers get run over and die (a gruesome death) each year..... how difficult or costly is it to install doors?!:hitwall:

Can you point me out when there is "hundred" of metros collapse in China?

There is shoddy work in China but that doesn't mean the worker aren't skilled. Supply chain plays a part. Low budget given mean low quality material used.

Anyway, i hope that you can come to China and take a look somedays. It is really not what you percieved.

As far as Arunachal Pradesh goes.. I dont think i need to say anything further.. call it south tibet, north-south tibet, left-tibet, right-tibet, up-tibet, down-tibet, or wathever you fancy.. At the end, it all boils down to if China can take it away from us.. The day it wrests it back, its theirs.. Till then, Its Arunachal Pradesh.. Period...[/QUOTE]

Let us stop! AP is still under India.

I agree on this point "The day it wrests it back, its theirs".

Meaningless argument.

Is that your reply to that post of mine? Really? You are trying to hard.

Anyway, since you asked. Those EMUs do have doors (Duh!). Because of the overcrowding issues, the doors are kept open.

Those trains I rode did NOT have doors. I stayed away from the openings especially considering someone with hatred of Mongoloids would push me... :woot:

So you resort to lies when confronted with truth.

Uh..Huh

What was I expecting?

Search the internet for photos of other foreign tourists for train in Mumbai. They have these old make-shift (functioning?) fans on top, but it wasn't turned on. I did take some photos of the city, but not on the train as someone might snag camera from me. :mod:

From disbelief that the 'original people' of AP can be 'against their own kind' (for some reason though you prefer to call some 'original people' as 'pinoys') to door less trains of Mumbai to broken fans in those trains.

Ma'am, haven't you amused us enough.
