Well i guess those were bad times of Pak-US relations , much has changed now.

very bad, these were the days when Pakistan wanted certain terrorists on the 'list' butr they were refused and indians were being entertained. Fortunately that led to where we are today, without Pakistan no exodus afghanistan.
